Effective from Jan 2025

AUTOMATIC ENROLMENT CONTRIBUTIONS:

8% ER capped at £8k

2% EE capped at £2k

Calculated from Basic Pay

EE can elect that the cap does not apply to their contribution (and can choose 2% or above)

Salary sacrifice will apply (unless employee completes form to say they want to remain on net basis)

New employees will be automatically enrolled on the above basis from the first full month
